The insider said there were no pedestrians or other cars when the incident occurred. There were speculations that the duo, who had been married for less than a year, might be “miserable” in their marriage, considering the video of Affleck closing his wife’s car door.

On May 8, 2023, the singer’s husband walked to his wife’s side of their Mercedes while they were being recorded and waited patiently for her to get in before semi-slamming the door. The actor, who held an iced coffee, seemed frustrated as he swung his arm dramatically before walking away.
