December is always an exciting time for network television. While there are numerous holiday specials like NBC’s annual Christmas in Rockefeller Center and ABC’s CMA Country Christmas, many of your beloved TV shows take a break.
ABC’s popular new show High Potential won’t be back until January, and fans of Doctor Odyssey, Grey’s Anatomy, and 9-1-1 will have to wait until March for new episodes. That leaves us with The Rookie and Will Trent.
These two fan-favorite series, scheduled for Seasons 7 and 3 respectively, have been delayed by ABC, which decided to postpone their season premieres until 2025. Wondering when you can catch the new episodes of The Rookie on ABC? Here’s what you should know.
Nope. Olaf’s Frozen Adventure airs from 8:00-8:30 p.m. ET, followed by Toy Story That Time Forgot. The nine o’clock hour belongs to Disney Prep & Landing and Disney Prep & Landing 2: Naughty vs. Nice.
A repeat of America’s Funniest Home Videos ends the night at 10:00 p.m. ET.
The seventh season of The Rookie debuts Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. ET on ABC. The episode will be preceded by the returns of Will Trent and High Potential.
