Kelly Osbourne has undergone extreme changes in her appearance since she was introduced to the public as a teenager on her family’s reality show, and she is always honest about what she has done.

The podcaster reacted to the latest wave of speculation about having had plastic surgery this week in a dual interview with her mom, Sharon Osbourne, on DailyMail.com.

“I’ve never had any procedure like plastic surgery,” she maintained. “There are things that I definitely want to do when I get older, but I’m too scared, aren’t I?” Sharon backed her, calling her daughter a “coward.”

The “Fashion Police” alum, however, did admit to having done Botox and weight loss surgery. “It’s weird because now that I’ve lost weight, everybody is criticizing and trying to figure out what it is that I’ve done, and I really just lost weight,” she exclaimed:

“It’s just the shape of my face!”

Kelly deems the weight loss surgery “one of the best decisions” she has made. She has lost 85 lbs. Sharon Osbourne also opened up about her strategy to drop a few pounds, speaking about her use of the controversial jab Ozempic:

“People think that it’s a way of cheating because you didn’t work out for three hours a day, or you don’t have some brilliant new trainer, so you’re cheating. It’s not cheating.”

Ozempic was developed to treat Type 2 Diabetes. “X Factor” has lost more than 30 Ibs over four months since using the drug. She warned teens should not use it, as you “need to be an adult to understand what you’re doing to yourself.”

In May 2021, Kelly detailed what she had done to her face in an Instagram video. She demonstrated that she has only had injections on her jaw, lips, and forehead, denying having ever gone under the knife.

Kelly Osbourne’s Weight Loss Journey and the Surgery That Helped Get Her There

Kelly is aware that some believe that the way she went about losing weight was not “the right way.” She believes, “There is no right way.”

In 2010, the reality star, then 25, said, “I took more hell for being fat than I did for being an absolute raging drug addict. I will never understand that.”

Through a portion-control diet and exercise, Kelly, who had once weighed 160 lbs, had managed to drop 42 pounds. She was “proud to look in the mirror and not hate every single thing” she saw.
