Keri Hilson Is Single by Choice and Keeps Her Relationships Private

Keri Hilson’s love life is a mystery. The “Knock You Down” singer has been in the spotlight for a long time; even so, fans wonder who her husband is or if she has one. The singer has managed to keep her romantic life lowkey, keeping fans guessing if she has a partner.

Two years ago, Hilson posted a baby bump photo on her Instagram page, prompting fans to voice different opinions about her love life. Some wanted to know if she had settled down and who the baby daddy was. Hilson didn’t write anything in the post but captioned the photo with two smiley emojis.

Some of her fans sent her congratulatory messages. It’s unclear if the baby bump was fake or real since most of Hilson’s posts don’t indicate her being pregnant.

Soon after she shared the baby bump photo, her next posts were pictures and videos of her wearing a swimsuit. Even though she sparked pregnancy rumors then, the baby-bump photo remains a question.

In 2018, Hilson opened up about her relationship status and revealed that she was single by choice. The BET award winner explained she believes in taking time to heal after relationships and doesn’t jump from one commitment to another.

She, however, admitted that no matter how strong a relationship was, things changed over time, especially when disagreements kicked in. And when that happened, she didn’t allow them to break her spirit.

The singer also opened up about what made her mysterious about her relationships. She admitted that when her previous relationships were in the spotlight, they opened doors for people to voice their opinions.

Hilson revealed that, at times, she was placed in a position where non-factual stuff was written about her concerning her relationships. The RnB singer stated she faced a lot of attacks after going public about her relationships, and since then, she decided to be mysterious about her love life.

Whenever she goes on interviews, the singer only talks about music. Though she admitted that most of her fans want to know more about her life behind closed doors, Hilson is committed to remaining mysterious.

She Once Joked That she ‘Is Married Too’

When Hilson shared the baby bump photo on her I.G. page, she sparked conversations about her settling down. In the following picture Hilson shared, she was wearing a wedding dress.

However, the two photos were likely from a project she was working on and nothing about her real life. She captioned the post:

“Oh yeah, I’m married too. (I thought the tags were pretty obvious—it was only supposed to be jarring for a few seconds!).”
