LeAnn Rimes’ Husband Eddie Cibrian Was Her CMT Awards Date Where She Dazzled in Sheer Silver Dress

LeAnn Rimes showed that date night with Eddie Cibrian at the 2023 CMT Music Awards on Sunday was not all about the glamor but also the silly moments. The couple has been married since April 22, 2011.

After the event in Austin, Texas, LeAnn Rimes shared two photos illustrating the typical shot one shared on Instagram, in which she lightly smiles beside Eddie Cibrian, and the reality, with her holding stilettoes in her hand as she licks her husband’s face.

The “Country Comfort” actor supported his wife in a light linen suit over a soft brown T-shirt as she sparkled in a silver lace dress adorned by chain detailing on the high slit, but they did not walk the carpet together. She participated in a tribute for the late Gary Rossington.

At last year’s CMTMAs, she wore another sheer gown. She walked the red carpet solo in a Georges Chakra creation right off his haute couture runway, made up of a glittery body suit covered in meters of white translucent fabric that appeared light pink under the lights.

Rimes gave a moving performance of her 90s hit “How Do I Live” in a different angelic dress at the show. Having originally recorded the track as a teenager, the words carried more meaning from the twice-married star.

LeAnn Rimes’ Husband, Eddie Cibrian, Has Accompanied Her to Several Public Events

Though the country-pop crossover singer and the Hollywood actor are not attached at the hip at all their industry events they do show up for each other. They have hung out with Cibrian’s two sons at the “The Lion King” premiere in mid-2019 and a function honoring Aerosmith at the start of 2020.

The couple did their first post-pandemic photo-op in November last year at the Warner Bros. and HBO Max Holiday Movies event. Rimes and Cibrian made a much less flashy public debut as a couple on August 20, 2009, for a golf date at the Valencia Country Club in Santa Clarita, California.

LeAnn Rimes and Cibrian became friends while filming Lifetime’s “Northern Lights” in Canada in November 2008 while they were both married to other people. The actor slammed “fabricated” stories of them dating four months later, though, by mid-2009, they were separated from their respective spouses.

A month before their December 2010 engagement, the pair did a candid interview with Robin Roberts admitting they had made mistakes. Cibrian’s ex, Brandi Glanville, has been hostile towards her kids‘ stepmom in the past, but the two women are now on friendly terms.
