Born on June 19, 2023, via surrogate, this adorable addition has filled their hearts with immense joy and gratitude.

Chrissy took to Instagram on June 28 to share the unexpected news with her followers. In a heartfelt post, she expressed her long-time desire to have four children and her initial concerns after the tragic loss of their son Jack. Chrissy candidly shared that she didn’t believe she would be able to carry any more babies on her own. But during that challenging time, she was surrounded by individuals who ensured she wouldn’t have to endure such pain and loss again.

In 2021, Chrissy and John approached a surrogacy agency, considering the possibility of having two tandem surrogates to bring them both a healthy baby boy and girl. Their hope was to have twins, in a way. After an unsuccessful IVF transfer for Esti, they persevered and restarted the process for Wren. Thankfully, their incredible and compassionate surrogate, Alexandra, later became pregnant with Wren and successfully gave birth to him.

Expressing their heartfelt appreciation to Alexandra for this incredible gift, Chrissy also revealed the significant connection to their baby boy’s name. Wren Alexander Stephens will forever be emblematic of the surrogate’s dedication and love.
