There’s No Secret to Carrie Underwood’s Toned Legs ― Just a Lot of Hard Work

Breakfast for “The Champion” star is a tofu or egg-white scramble on toast with berries and topped off with a cup of coffee. She follows a ratio of 45 percent carbs, 30 percent fat, and 25 percent protein on her plate.
