LeTesha Marrow, Ice-T’s daughter, was born when her father was only 18 years old. LeTesha’s father had to raise her while her mother went to school.

LeTesha’s parents were together for a short while, then separated. She grew up with her father for most of her childhood. Besides being the daughter of a celebrated star, LeTesha is a talk show host and an actress.

Although in her teenage years, she wasn’t on good terms with her father, according to Ice-T’s biography, the pair reunited and now have a great relationship.

LeTesha’s Father Wanted to Have a Child So Much

LeTesha’s parents started dating when they were both in high school. After discovering they were pregnant, they opted to keep the baby. When LeTesha was born, her mother, Adrienne, continued with high school, and her father took care of her.

Even though he was scared of being a teenage father, LeTesha’s dad wanted to have a family. However, Adrienne’s parents didn’t want her to keep the baby because she was only in the tenth grade.

When she was a baby, her parents struggled a lot. LeTesha’s father had no job at the time and had to raise money for food, diapers, and clothes. In his biography, LeTesha’s dad said he had to do anything just to earn an income and provide for his family.

LeTesha isn’t the only child of her famous father; she has two younger siblings.

LeTesha was born on March 20, 1976, when her father was only 18. Her parents graduated high school while still raising her but eventually broke up. LeTesha had to live with her dad for most of her childhood.

LeTesha Had Some Complicated Issues with Her Father in Her Youth

In his biography, LeTesha’s father narrates how he had problematic issues with his daughter when she was younger. In one incident, he received a phone call from the LAPD regarding his daughter.

LeTesha’s dad described how he was shocked upon hearing that his daughter was engaging in criminal activities and caught in possession of her boyfriend’s firearm.

Stressed about his daughter going to jail, LeTesha’s dad bailed her out. He stated that he knew her boyfriend was a bad influence, so he tried to separate them by advising her to tell the police she did not know the boy prior to that day so she wouldn’t have to testify.

LeTesha Is a Mother of Three

In 2011, LeTesha’s father wrote that he was on good terms with his daughter, although it’s unknown if they are still close. The mom of three has a Twitter account where she actively posts about her life. According to her Twitter bio, she is a writer, director, actress, and radio host.

In 2014, LeTesha’s son Elyjah Marrow was arrested in Marrieta and charged with unintentional manslaughter following the accidental death of his roommate Daryus Johnson. Based on reports, the two were in their apartment when a firearm Elyjah was carrying went off by mistake.

Police officials stated that LeTesha’s son was not following proper firearms safety, and the reckless handling led to his roommate’s untimely death.

LeTesha Is the Oldest Child of Her Famous Father

LeTesha isn’t the only child of her famous father; she has two younger siblings. LeTesha’s father and his ex-girlfriend Darlene Ortiz welcomed their son, Ice Tracy Marrow Jr, on November 23, 1991.

Tracy has followed in his father’s footsteps; he performs backup vocals and is a member of his dad’s band, Body Count.

Chanel Marrow is Ice-T’s youngest child whom he shares with his wife, Coco Austin. After being married for 13 years, the couple welcomed their daughter Chanel on November 28, 2015.

Chanel is now seven years old and is a cute little girl who is photogenic and resembles both her parents. However, her parents once received a lot of criticism for how they were raising her. This was after Austin revealed that Chanel was still breastfeeding when she was 5.

The couple responded to the criticism and said it was a bonding moment. In an interview, Ice-T clarified that he was not paying attention to what haters had to say. He explained that their parenting style was different and that every house had its own constitution.
