Lou Jr’s acting career began shortly after his dad gave him a walk-on role in one of his films, “Cage II,” in 1994. 10-year-old Lou Jr couldn’t be more excited and decided he’d join the film industry from then onwards.

Among his acting credits are the shows “S.W.A.T,” “9-1-1,” and “How I Met Your Mother,” alongside the likes of Christian Milioti and Neil Patrick Harris. Last year he appeared in “Dreamcatcher,” “Blackout,” “Final Frequency,” and “Nightshade.”

Their training partnership was competitive, but Lou was proud of his son’s progress. He even asked to take pictures of him as he flexed. Lou also noted that while he was more focused on gaining strength, Lou Jr leaned more toward being athletic, which made him faster.
