A multi-vehicle pile-up on a busy Yorkshire motorway is causing chaos this morning.
All traffic is being held on the M18 this morning following the smash which involves a number of cars.
The crash happened on the M18 northbound between Junction 1 at the A631 Bawtry Road at Bramley, Rotherham, and Junction 2 at the A1 (M) Junction 35.

The seriousness of the accident and if there have been any casualties has not been disclosed by the authorities at this time but we have asked South Yorkshire Police and South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue for more information.
Traffic system Inrix said: “All traffic being temporarily held and stationary traffic due to multi-vehicle accident on M18 Northbound between J1 A631 Bawtry Road ( Bramley ) and J2 A1(M) J35.”
