Man Checks Hidden Camera He Bought to Catch Roommate Stealing Sees Girlfriend With a Strangers

A man bought a charger with a hidden camera to spy on his roommates but lost it somewhere. A few days later, he saw his girlfriend take it out of her handbag but had no idea what he would see in the recorded footage. 

The man thought one of his roommates had been stealing his stuff, so he bought the charger to spy on them. No one could tell that a camera was embedded in it. 

He plugged the charger into the wall socket in his room, expecting it to record what his roommates did behind his back. However, he lost the charger a few days later and wondered where it was.

The 27-year-old man started dating his girlfriend three years ago. He mentioned that she was more of a “fiancée” since they were engaged.  

He bought the charger to spy on his roommates, but he lost it and didn’t know where it was until he saw his girlfriend pull it out of her handbag. 

Surprised, he asked her where she had found it. She said she had taken it from his room since she couldn’t find her charger. She often took his things without asking him.

He didn’t care that she got it without asking him. All he wanted was to get hold of the recording and see whether his roommates were stealing his stuff or not. 

Horrified, he closed the media player and clicked on the second video file. 

He asked his girlfriend to give the charger back to him, but he didn’t tell her about the camera. After she left, he took out the SD card and inserted it into his laptop to view the footage. 

His curiosity increased when he saw five video files on his laptop screen, so he double-clicked on the first one to see which of his roommates had stolen his belongings. 

The man was surprised to see that his roommates weren’t in the video at all. Instead, he witnessed his girlfriend getting intimate with an unknown man.  Judging from the video, he guessed they were in a motel room.

Horrified, he closed the media player and clicked on the second video file. Again, he saw his girlfriend in a room with another unknown man.

“I’m ashamed to admit that I couldn’t actually watch the rest because I started throwing up and had to get up,” the man stated. 

After throwing up, he sat on his bed and opened the third video file. He couldn’t muster the strength to look at the laptop screen, so he only listened to the audio. 

By hearing the audio of all five video clips, he could tell his girlfriend was with five different men. His heart started beating faster, and thousands of questions popped up in his mind.

By this time, he had completely forgotten why he had taken the charger from his girlfriend in the first place. Never in a million years had he imagined seeing such videos. But he confronted his girlfriend about it. 

“She denied cheating when I confronted her, so I pulled out my laptop and hit play,” the man narrated. After watching the videos, his girlfriend lost her cool and blamed the man for spying on her.

“I didn’t even know you had taken my charger!” he yelled. His girlfriend took the SD card and crushed it into pieces before leaving his house. 

Before concluding his post, the man revealed that he had parted ways with his girlfriend. He posted his story on Reddit in the “survivinginfidelity” forum to tell others what he went through.  

“I think you should look at it as a blessing in disguise,” Redditor Nevereveragain0212 replied. The Redditor explained that he would have married her thinking she was a loyal woman if his girlfriend hadn’t taken the camera. 

Meanwhile, Redditor myluckismany was surprised to know that the man’s girlfriend dared to blame him for spying on her despite knowing that she was at fault. 

The Redditor assured OP (Original Poster) that he had dodged a bullet and would find someone much better than her. He replied that his girlfriend felt he had no right to be upset because she thought he was the one at fault. 

“She cheats with multiple people, and you’re the bad guy? UNBELIEVABLE!” the Redditor replied. Most Redditors were shocked to see his girlfriend’s reaction.
