The famous businesswoman still looks great in her early 80s, and fans have wondered how she has kept her appearance so youthful throughout the years. Now, she is sharing precisely what has kept her youthful glow going.

This week, Stewart took to Instagram to share photos of her new haircut. She said she had missed a flight and a speaking engagement but used the time to treat herself to a manicure, pedicure, and haircut.

She mentioned that John Barrett cut her hair, and the poses she used to show off her hair were questionable to fans. In the first frame, Stewart uses her phone to take a mirror selfie as she pouts.

The next frame shows John Barret holding up Stewart’s hair as she tilts her head back and pouts again. While some fans talked about how wonderful she looked with her new hairstyle, others called her out on her “fish lips.”

Wearing a sleek black top, gold jewelry, and soft pink lipstick, Stewart’s sultry photos caught fans’ attention almost immediately. Many fans couldn’t believe that it was Martha Stewart.

One fan said they were sure she had had a facelift and fillers because she looked much different from how she looked when she released her first book. Another said:

“She looks amazing, but it is such a weird pose.”

Some fans were upset that Stewart had had work done, but others thought the lift she had done on her eyes looked great and showed off how nicely her eyebrows naturally arch. Another remarked they were jealous of how good her neck looked.

Most fans agreed that her neck looked fantastic, and they didn’t even look like her in their mid-30s. Other fans were impressed by her jawline and wished they could have the same sort of jawline.

Yet other fans were offended by how she had done her lips, with one saying that she shouldn’t have had lip fillers. One said Stewart looks 50 even though she is 80 and must have an outstanding surgeon.

One fan joked that Stewart looked better at 80 than she did at 29. Another fan remarked on her good looks, too, saying:

“I can’t believe you are 81 years old; you look amazing!!! What’s your secret?”

Another fan answered that Stewart’s secret was Botox and other plastic surgery, prompting the first fan to respond that even if that was the case, she still looked great and had not had her surgery overdone.

Other fans couldn’t handle the way Stewart was posing. One said she looked ridiculous posing with a “duckface” in her early 80s, something that is usually attributed to a much younger demographic.

Did Stewart Have Plastic Surgery?

In 2013, Stewart addressed whether or not she had had plastic surgery. She said she hadn’t had plastic surgery on her face, but she had Juvéderm fillers only because she had split her lip open after her dog ran into her.

She also admitted that she had dabbled with Botox but was careful about where she placed it as she didn’t want her jawline to be taut or to appear quizzical. Talking about other things she does to stay looking young, Stewart credited lemon juice.

Stewart said that each morning she drank the juice of a whole lemon and also drank a lot of green juice. Stewart quenches her thirst with tons of water when she is not glugging down lemon or green juice.

Apart from what she puts in her body, Stewart is also mindful of what she puts on her body, like makeup. Stewart advised fans to go light on makeup and not to use powder, as she finds it aging.

Stewart advised fans to treat their hair very similar to her skin, not coloring it or adding anything to their hair that might upset it. Much to her daughter’s dismay, she doesn’t even brush her hair on the weekends.

Another thing that Stewart regularly does to keep herself looking and feeling young is a hand massage. She says it is essential that she keeps her hands looking young by stimulating them in that way.

Apart from the skin on her hands, she stimulates the skin on the rest of her body by scrubbing it with a mixture of salt, grated lemon peel, and sesame seed oil. She also prioritizes her sleep.

She removes her contact lenses and cleanses her face exceptionally well with a hot face cloth, which loosens her makeup. She then applies moisturizer to her face, arms, legs, and hands each night.

Last year she once again said she had never had plastic surgery on her face or neck. She joked that she has never had the time to have a facelift because the recovery period is too long.

However, a dermatologist confirmed that any woman Stewart’s age who looked so good had had work done, but it might have been minimally or entirely non-invasive. Stewart is also proud of her posture and the way her back looks.

What Diet Does Stewart Follow to Look So Good?

Stewart starts her day off with green juice, which she says is essential to her after she has completed her morning rituals of reading the news and charging her indispensable devices in her daily routine.

After she has had her green juice, she checks on the animals on her property and then returns to her house to treat herself to her daily cappuccino made with organic milk.

Stewart avoids keeping snacks in the house and does not consider herself a snacker. Yet her friends and family often bring her delicious pastries, which she graciously accepts but tries not to eat too many.

When she worked in New York, she would stay in the city until after dinner, meaning she often had dinner accompanied by a cocktail or two, bread and butter, and even dessert. However, when she is at home, she doesn’t do that.

She eats a light lunch each day, like a tuna salad. When she is at home for dinner, she enjoys making dinner herself. She enjoys making dishes like roast chicken or a wrack of lamb with vegetables.

The businesswoman also enjoys having a glass of wine now and then at home. She usually doesn’t drink anything more than wine unless her friends come to join her at her home when she treats herself to vodka.
