Melissa Gorga ghosted Teresa Giudice‘s wedding, and all tongues broke loose. Rumors were rife that she was leaving “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” after her “On Display” podcast. The Bravolebrity posted a preview of her podcast on her Instagram. In the audio, she says, “There is power in moving away from something toxic.” Melissa adds, “Sometimes when things are too toxic and you keep trying and you keep trying and it keeps coming back to the same thing, you just have to let it go, even when it’s about family.” Some fans questioned her statement, asking, “‘Walking away’ as in cutting off ties completely would also equal leaving the show. Are you doing that too?”
Gorga then addressed the rumors of her leaving the show in an Instagram Story. Via Page Six, she stated, “People are taking pieces from my podcast and assuming I’m leaving the show.” She continued, “This is how rumors get started. I never said I was leaving the show. I was just clarifying how we felt after a difficult weekend. We have no plans on leaving. #RHONJ.” It seems as if Gorga’s podcast was about her staying clear of the wedding, and had nothing to do with her being on “RHONJ.” That’s good news for “RHONJ” fans because there’s nothing quite as satisfying as a Melissa and Teresa beatdown.
