It will be another day of windy and wet weather across Yorkshire today as yet another storm hits the UK.
Storm Jocelyn is arriving in Yorkshire, bringing high winds and wet weather alongside it. The Met Office said: “A dry and cloudy start, with cloud thickening and winds strengthening once more in association with Storm Jocelyn, this bringing heavy rain and widespread gales from late morning.
“Maximum temperature 13 °C.”
Here is the weather across Yorkshire today.
Bradford
At 6am in Bradford, there will be temperatures of 4C along with cloudy weather. From 9am onwards there will be heavy rain as temperatures increase to 8C by midday.
In the afternoon, the heavy rain will continue with temperatures rising to 12C at 3pm. The yellow wind warning comes into force from 4pm as temperatures drop to 11C at 9pm and 10C at 11pm.
Huddersfield
In Huddersfield the temperature will be 4C as heavy rain comes in from 9am on. The rain temperature will rise to 9C by midday.
The afternoon will see the rain continue with temperatures increasing to 13C at 6pm. The wind warning comes in from 4pm as temperatures fall to 12C by 7pm and 11C from 10pm.
Sheffield
Sheffield will see temperatures of 4C from 6am with rain from 9am. By midday, the temperature will by 7C.
There will be more rain in the afternoon with a peak temperature of 13C from 6pm. At 12pm, the weather warning will come into force and temperatures will fall to 12C at 9pm and 11C at 11pm.
York
From 6am, there will be a temperature of 5C and cloud in York. The temperature will rise to 7C at midday and mixed light and heavy rain will come in from 10am.
Rain will continue into the afternoon with the temperature reaching 13C at 6pm and the weather warning coming in from 12pm. The temperature will fall to 12C at 9pm and 11C at 11pm.
