For Valentine’s Day in 2022, Luisana Lopilato took to her Instagram account to share a touching and intimate black-and-white image of her with her husband, Michael Bublé. The couple was seen lying in bed with their foreheads touching in the photo.

They both had their eyes closed, but the singer rested his hand on his wife’s neck. In the post’s caption, the star’s significant other wished everyone a Happy Valentine’s Day filled with love and friendship.

Lopilato continued by wishing Michael the same before noting how having him in her life was the best gift possible. She also thanked God for having allowed their paths to cross.

In February 2022, vigilant fans were able to spot that Lopilato had a growing baby bump in her husband’s music video for the single, “I’ll Never Not Love You.” Michael later confirmed the news in an Instagram post where he announced they were expecting their fourth child!

In 2015, Michael was interviewed by “eTalk,” a Canadian entertainment show, where he confessed that he hadn’t been nice to his past girlfriends. The star bluntly admitted his past mistakes, stating:

“I was a jerk and I was careless and reckless with the hearts of women I was with.”

The singer shared how he got karma for his bad behavior because he’d earned it. Michael said his heart and bottom were hurt and kicked long enough to take an intense look in the mirror and decide he didn’t want a repetition.

One of the relationships the star was in, from 2005 to 2008, was the one with ex-fiancée Emily Blunt. The Canadian musician first described the actress as a loving and beautiful person and was grateful for their time together.

He said being with her allowed him to learn to fall in love with himself; some, he could be with someone like his wife, Lopilato. Michael explained that their relationship hadn’t ended because of cheating, as per rumors.

He said it concluded because they weren’t right for each other. Two months after the 2008 separation, the musician claimed his and Blunt’s conflicting schedules were to blame for the end of their relationship.

However, reasons aside, the singer, who will be a father of four, confessed that the break-up was hard for him. He admitted how he would “curl up in a ball and cry” as he mourned the end of his relationship.

In a 2011 interview, Michael alleged the relationship ended “through both of us being young and naive and making silly mistakes.” He noted how he’d messed up and was “devastated” when it was over.

In January 2019, while Michael was talking to Access, he revealed how he and his wife initially met. The artist had been taken by security from the Buenos Aires arena that he’d just played to a van in the basement where his grandfather was waiting.

During the 2009 event, the star spotted Lopilato across the parking lot and suddenly felt a heavy and sad feeling. He told his grandfather that he’d spotted the most beautiful woman ever.

A few hours later, the musician was having drinks at his hotel, and a friend from his label asked him if he’d mind meeting a few actors from that country. As fate would have it, one of them was Lopilato!

She walked in with a man that had Michael thinking the woman of his dreams was already taken. He avoided speaking to her, and the Argentinian native barely spoke English anyway.

When the Canadian singer finally had enough liquid courage, he complemented Lopilato and her partner, telling them they were a good-looking couple. That’s when he found out they weren’t together!

The man who came with Lopilato informed Michael that she liked him! However, he thought it was too late because she’d already texted her mother telling her that Michael was gay and was interested in the man she came with!

After finding out the news, Michael got someone to translate this to the actress, “You are my wife; you just don’t know it yet.” Lopilato laughed and noted how every man wanted to marry her.

Three months later, the singer emailed the actress and wanted to visit Argentina for three days. He said he wanted to get to know Lopilato better and meet her family.

Her family loved him from the get-go, and the pair fell in love over that visit. A month later, she was invited to meet Michael’s family at his Los Angeles home, and they took to her warmly.

Then one night, the couple was at Lopilato’s home with her family, and he told her in Spanish that he wanted to marry her. Everyone thought he was joking until he whipped out an engagement ring and got the family in tears!

In 2011, Lopilato and Michael had their civil ceremony before having a lavish second one. The couple had their traditional wedding ceremony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with 300 family and friends in attendance on April 2, 2011.

The duo was also meant to have a third and even bigger wedding party in Canada the following month. The happy couple soon conceived, and their first child, Noah, was welcomed on August 27, 2013, in Vancouver, Canada.

Before settling on Noah’s name, Michael revealed how he and his wife would fight about what to call him. The star explained that the boy was almost named something like “Dirt… Dirt Bublé!” because Lopilato thought it sounded good in Spanish!

Almost two years later, in 2015, the musician revealed he and his wife were expecting a second child. Speaking to People magazine, the star announced how many children they hoped to have, saying:

“Me and my wife would really love to have three or four, five [kids] if we’re blessed to do that. And if we can’t do it naturally, then we’ll do it another way — we’ll adopt.”

Before welcoming their second child, Michael shared how Noah was told about the pregnancy. He sat the little toddler down and told him he was his father’s first, and everyone that came after was “just icing on the cake.”

In a July 2015 Facebook video, Noah touched his mother’s exposed and pregnant belly before saying, “baby!” Little Elias was born on January 22, 2016, and his father announced his birth via Instagram.

THE HARD TIMES WITH NOAH

Sadly, in October 2016, Michael received a text message from his wife minutes before going on stage in London, informing him of Noah’s liver cancer diagnosis. The family then spent the next seven months in a hospital with the little boy as he got treatment.

In 2016, Pride Source asked the “Just Haven’t Met You Yet” crooner [Michael Bublé] if his wife [Luisana Lopilato] now assumed he was straight!

In 2017, Noah was finally able to go home from the hospital and continued to recover as he went into remission. Five years later, in 2021, the Grammy Award-winning star said his son’s battle led him to live a deeper life.

He noted how there was always a silver lining to life’s trials. Michael and Lopilato still had to take their son for scans and experienced what they called “scanxiety,” however the singer thought their son was handling it much better than they were, with him adding:

“I think for him he’s this normal little boy who knows that he’s a superhero because dad tells him all the time.”

In between dealing with Noah’s diagnosis, Lopilato and Michael got to welcome their third child and first daughter, Vida. The little girl was born a year after her oldest sibling went into remission.

In April 2022, Michael openly confessed that he and his wife almost ended their marriage before it began. While at Disney for their honeymoon, the pair considered “annulling their marriage.”

The decision was almost made after the pair had a nasty fight where they thought they’d made a mistake by getting married. The singer had told his wife he couldn’t stand her too but walked away and thought things through first before choosing to forge ahead.

Lopilato’s first suspicion that he was gay hilariously came up again later in life. In 2016, Pride Source asked the “Just Haven’t Met You Yet” crooner if his wife now assumed he was straight!

Michael laughed and said he assumed so, especially after having children together. He teased how she probably knew he was straight because each night, he’d go “Mmmmm?!” and the actress would respond, “No, I have a headache!”
