The face of the “Back To The Future” film franchise, Micheal J. Fox, was recently spotted at a hockey game along with his wife, Tracy Pollan. The actor has suffered from Parkinson’s disease since he was 29, and the illness essentially put a stop to his career.

The sighting came as a rare surprise, considering his state of health. Fox and Pollan looked incredibly relaxed as they sat in comfortable clothes and watched the game. They chatted away happily, and the date night seemed to be going incredibly well.

Fans were over the moon when they heard about the public appearance and said they were glad to see him enjoying his time out and about. One fan said when he “gets very low, he still fights his way back up again.” Another mused:

“He sure is an amazing example of how to turn lemons into lemonade!”

Fox sat cheering in a black leather jacket, a blue plaid shirt over a t-shirt, and a beard, while Pollan beamed in a heavy black coat and a warm cardigan. The two seemed to enjoy their casual date together.

Throughout his struggle with Parkinson’s, Fox has had his wife’s love and support to keep him going. It was an emotional moment for him when he first heard his diagnosis, but he said her steadfastness gave him strength when she found out.

“I couldn’t make lemonade out of this. In fact, I was out of the lemonade business.”

After the surgery, he was just finding his feet again when he had a nasty fall, which set him back even more. Fox broke his arm, and he had no more optimism left. After the accident, he was angry, and he started questioning himself.

But with his wife and four children’s help, Fox managed to keep going. Although things got worse before they got better, the retired actor pushed forward and regained his confidence and optimism.
