Bella Vrondos is a loving mother of three from Sydney, Australia, who started eating clean and caring for her health a few years ago. Before she became a super-fit model, Vrondos used to eat burgers, fries, and cakes for most of her meals.

With her sudden realization came a passion for losing weight and toning her body. However, she had no idea that people would ridicule her once she achieved her dream of having a slim and smart body.

Her Shocking Weight-Loss Journey

Before transforming herself into a glamorous Instagram model, Vrondos weighed 253 lbs and didn’t care about her unhealthy diet. She confessed she wasn’t pleased with her chubby figure and ended up eating more unhealthy food while worrying about her weight.

Moreover, whenever she opened the Instagram app, she would start feeling terrible about herself after looking at photos of models. She wanted to look like them but didn’t know how to begin her weight-loss journey. She said:

“I felt disgusting, but I knew nothing about exercise or clean eating.”

Educating Herself

Since Vrondos had three kids to look after, she often ate what she cooked for them, which was one reason she couldn’t lose weight. Soon, she mustered the courage to embark on her transformation journey.

“Aren’t you a mum?” people often asked Vrondos because they felt mothers shouldn’t dress up as she did.

The first step was to educate herself about exercising and a healthy diet. Vrondos revealed she used YouTube to learn about the different types of gym machines and the various food groups, including carbohydrates, proteins, fats, etc.

Hitting the Gym

Being a newbie, the mom of three didn’t want to embarrass herself in front of other people in the gym, so she decided to visit at midnight. For a year, Vrondos kept exercising in the gym with the bit of knowledge she had and then joined cardio classes.

After working out during those classes, Vrondos noticed a significant drop in her weight. Moreover, she started feeling more confident and happy. She confessed:

“Once I lost the weight, I had a new outlook on life.”

The mother, who once felt ashamed going out in public, now enjoys being outdoors after losing 103lbs. She wants to inspire other mothers with her unbelievable weight loss journey and hopes she can educate her children about clean eating.

“I go to the gym three times a week and workout every day, whether it’s a YouTube tutorial or walking,” Vrondos revealed. She added that she wanted to reward herself by going for breast augmentation but had no idea how people would ridicule her after it.

After her transformation, people started calling her “fake” because of her new sleek figure. She responded to those people saying she wasn’t fake but had worked hard to achieve the results she had aimed for.

Besides being a mother, Vrondos was a model and owned a beauty boutique. She also loved wearing tight dresses, high heels, and lots of makeup, but other people around her thought she was dressed “inappropriately.” She said:

“As soon as I got a breast augmentation, I was viewed differently by most of the other mums.”

Because of how she looked, Vrondos was excluded from parties hosted by her fellow mothers, and people passed snide remarks about her appearance on the internet.
