A Yorkshire restaurant and pub has been heralded as one of the UK’s best new openings.
This comes as part of The Good Food Guide Awards 2024. The competition, held in partnership with Resy, is a prestigious industry contest.
There’s a number of categories celebrating the food and drink industry. The winners will be crowned during an event being held in London on Tuesday, January 30.

In the category of best new restaurant, we’ve seen The Abbey Inn, based in Byland, North Yorkshire nominated. You can see the full list the award nominees here.
