Orlando Brown’s wife has always been quite supportive of her husband. The 34-year-old actor opened up about previously struggling with addictions and how his lovely wife Danielle was the one who helped him with his struggles.

Orlando expressed how he “went through a lot” and experimented with different kinds of drugs, and also said, “I didn’t know what I was doing.” He further spoke about the place where he got help, saying:

“My fiancée told me about this place, and when I came, it was amazing. I had a blast. These brothers accepted me for who I am. Church is lovely. All the leaders are brilliant; they are geniuses and men of God.”

The actor‘s height is 1.7 m, and some of the films he’s known for are 1995’s “Major Payne,” “Thirteen,” and “That’s So Raven,” both from 2003. He also got the role of the character Chris in the 1999 movie “Safe Harbor,” which was filmed in Jacksonville, Florida.

In 2003, Danielle Brown’s husband also filmed a music video remake for the Lion King theme, “Circle of Life.” His Disney Channel co-stars Raven, Hilary Duff, Tahj Mowry, Kyla Pratt, Anneliese van der Pol, and A.J Trauth joined him.

The 34-year-old has several passions, and he revealed some of the things he loves, including music, acting, and animals. Orlando made his film debut in 1995 when he appeared as Cadet Kevin “Tiger” Dunne in the movie “Major Payne,” which starred Damon Wayans. He then went on to appear in “Family Matters” as 3J.

That same year, Orlando was arrested and charged with drug possession, obstruction of justice, and domestic battery. His other charge was intent to sell and possession of contraband in jail after he had an altercation in public with his then-girlfriend.

However, the “Christmas in Compton” actor failed to appear in court on the scheduled date and was later arrested in March 2016 in California. He was eventually released before being retaken into custody for failing to appear in court.

The “Sister, Sister” star seemed to be getting his life back on track by 2020. Around this time, he was reportedly in a relationship with Danielle Brown. The couple now shares a son who they named Frankie. Orlando Brown’s wife was credited by her husband for helping him find the right path and stop taking drugs.

ORLANDO BROWN GETS HELP

Following his history with the law and struggles with addiction, Orlando opened up about the things he faced in life on “The Dr. Phil Show” in 2018. The 34-year-old talked about his homelessness, mental health, and addiction struggles.

What led the actor to appear on the show was reportedly his manager and friend Solomon Barron who had to kick Orland out of his house because of his habits. Solomon is said to have been worried that Orlando would end up getting in more trouble or even dead, so he got in touch with Dr. Phil so that Orlando could get help.

Solomon, who was also in the show, said his friend had “burned so many bridges,” and no one wanted anything to do with him, so Dr. Phil was his last hope. Orlando detailed his struggles with alcohol addiction and experimenting with different kinds of drugs on the show, saying “the influence and the demons” that came with him taking those drugs “kind of took over.”

That was not all Orlando Brown revealed on the show; he also spoke about his drinking problem and finding himself in a “dark place,” and he had lost a lot of people. The actor expressed:

“I just found myself in a dark place. It’s kinda like looking for your keys; when you stop looking, they’re right there type of deal. I started to realize what was in front of me.”

Danielle Brown’s husband also said that after realizing his problems and how serious they were and dealing with them, he was able to find himself in a better place and said, “now I’m good.”
