Strictly Come Dancing fans have gone wild after Loki star Tom Hiddleston joined the cast of the BBC dance show this weekend after being spotted in the audience.
Tom, best known for his role as the God of Mischief from the Marvel universe but who has also starred in The Night Manager on BBC One, is a huge fan of Strictly Come Dancing.
And today, pro dancer Kai Widdrington revealed he and his fellow pro dance partner Nadiya Bychkova had met Tom on stage after the show – along with Tom’s wife.

The pair shared a picture with the Hiddlestons and fans were blown away once they placed where they’d seen Tom’s wife before.

@Thrissill said: “She is Vod!!!”, as @kapowkate added: “She’s called Zawe Ashton.”

For those not in the know, Zawe Ashton, 39, is best recognised for her role as Vod in the uni drama Fresh Meat on Channel 4, which was written by one of the creators of Peep Show and stars Jack Whitehall along with Inbetweeners star Joe Thomas.
She also starred in Not Safe For Work and is in the Marvel Universe in The Marvels as Dar-Benn.
Tom Hiddleston is Loki a big Strictly Come Dancing fan, which is why he visited the BBC show at the weekend.
Speaking to BBC Radio 2, Tom gave his verdict on the competition as he said: “I’ve still got it on iPlayer to watch. It’s been quite difficult to determine who is gonna go all the way this year.
“I think maybe, look what do I know, I don’t know anything about ballroom. I think Ellie is maybe the most improved.
“Obviously Layton and Nigel came out of the blocks really fast and like, these guys can dance but maybe the judges have been tougher on them.”
Naturally, Strictly fans definitely want to see Tom Hiddleston join the show for 2024…
