The boys are the children of Brosnan and his second wife, Keely Shaye Smith, and seem to have inherited their dad’s signature tasteful style. The 26-year-old Dylan looked sleek with his girlfriend, Avery Whelesson, on his arm while his 22-year-old brother, Paris, strutted alongside his girlfriend, Alex-Lee Aillon.

Although the two showed off their styles on March 8, they’ve been criticized before after they did an interview with GQ. The two were slammed for looking effeminate, and many people commented that they looked more like their mom than their famous dad.

Dylan showed up to the event in a smart plaid suit with a white dress shirt, black shoes, and no tie. He wore his long hair loose to finish off his look. Paris also went with a white shirt but paired it with a black pinstriped suit, matching black shoes, and a silver chain around his neck.

Paris’s girlfriend, Alex Lee, showed up in a white floral dress with a lace midriff and back and paired the outfit with gleaming high heels and a sparkly chain around her neck. The two have been dating for four years, and Alex Lee makes a living as a model.

Dylan has been with his date, Avery, for a total of six years. This wasn’t Dylan or his brother’s first public event. The two boys often hit the red carpet with their partners, always looking stylish. Avery often shares pictures on her Instagram of her with her boyfriend at public events.

Alex Lee has similarly shared a slew of appreciation posts of her with Pierce‘s youngest. The model captioned a video of her and Paris, “my heart, my home. reflecting over this last year with you, wouldn’t change a thing about it. You are my person forever and always. Happy anniversary, here’s to another trip around the sun with you. 🧡 te amo mi amor.”

After Photoshoot with Dad, People Claimed the Brosnan Boys Look like Girls

It’s no wonder Pierce’s style has rubbed off on his two sons. In an interview with GQ, Dylan and Paris reminisced the days they spent as children on set with their dad. As they grew older, they took an active interest in filmmaking, but their dad advised against going into acting as a career.

Following the GQ interview, social media users took to Instagram to deliver their thoughts on the Brosnan brothers. The feedback was mixed, with some fans claiming the photos seemed strange, even claiming the Brosnan brothers seemed to have “No masculinity.” One person commented:

Another user mentioned, “Dad looks great — the sons look like girls.” One person voiced, “Both look like their mother wish they look a [bit] like their father,” and justified his opinion by saying, “But their father was the most handsome [man] on earth.” Another user agreed, “Well now they look like their mother.”

Although there were a few negative comments, many people enjoyed seeing the Brosnan family together, with one person commenting, “Great fashion and son shoots. How did your boys get taller than you oh, BTW your sons are very handsome as well as you.”

The two Brosnan brothers also did an interview with E! Online, opening up about their career choices. Since their father suggested they avoid careers in film, Dylan and Paris have made their own way in the world. Nonetheless, they have proved themselves to be just as creative as their dad.

What Do Dylan and Paris Do for a Living?

In September 2022, Pierce revealed that he counseled his sons not to become actors, insisting, “It’s a cross to bear. You’re constructing and destroying yourself.” So, the two chose not to follow in their dad’s footsteps.

The two opened up about their career choices and passions, with Dylan revealing he’s making an effort to grow as a musician. The oldest of the two brothers frequently makes psychedelic music on Soundcloud and is working on an album while playing session bass for bands who need an extra member.

While Dylan is weaving songs and lyrics, Paris has his heart set on another creative goal. While there are numerous photoshoots on his Instagram, The young man spends most of his time painting, most likely getting his love for artistry from his father. Pierce commented:

“He just devours these canvases. It just fills me with the greatest pride, fatherly pride, to be painting alongside him, just to be quiet in the garage or wherever we’ve painted. It’s a really beautiful experience.”

While Pierce only had good things to say about his son’s work, Paris also gushed about his dad, “He’s, like, evolving into a legit artist and taking it to the top.” Both boys have also helped out at prestigious events, working as “ambassadors” at the 2020 Golden Globes.

While having their dad as a contact, the two have confessed that they are trying to make something of themselves without relying on his reputation. They noted that Pierce has always raised them to be humble and take pride in themselves and their work. Paris remarked in 2022:

“I think we need to just be grateful for our blessings. It’s always gonna be there and we got to recognize it. At the end of the day, we’re just grateful to be here”

Dylan agreed wholeheartedly, saying they are “very lucky” to be where they are. Nonetheless, the brothers are trying their best to find their feet without abusing their family reputation. Dylan remarked that his dad taught him, “Be gracious. Be grateful.”
