English actor Rupert Grint has been in a long-time relationship with actress Georgia Groome. The star’s known for appearing in the famous “Harry Potter” films alongside Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe.

Despite his fame and popularity, Grint has managed to keep his personal life away from the spotlight. He has dated his girlfriend Groome for a decade.

However, the actor’s rep revealed the exciting news to E! News in April 2020. The representative shared that Rupert Grint and Georgia Groome were expecting their first child. This is after pictures of the two lovebirds surfaced, and the rep said that the couple asked for privacy.

RUPERT GRINT AND GEORGIA GROOME’S RELATIONSHIP

Actors Rupert Grint and Georgia Groome have been together since 2011. It was only in late 2018 that people learned that the pair were dating.

The “Snatch” actor and the 30-year-old actress have been together since 2011, so the couple has dated for ten years. During their relationship, the stars have had one child together.

Grint and Groome welcomed their baby in May 2020. Fans haven’t seen much of their baby girl since her birth, and it seems the actors are keeping their daughter’s life as private as their relationship.

Their private relationship came into the spotlight after a picture of the two went viral in 2018. According to a tweet, the two had been for seven years at the time.

The post on Twitter said, “I was today years old when I found out Georgia from Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging has been going out with Ron Weasley since 2011?” The tweet was shared alongside an image of both of them, which eventually went viral. In the photo, Groome is holding her arm around Grint.

Due to the privacy of their relationship, there has been much speculation surrounding their romance. In April 2021, most people thought the couple had tied the knot after they were seen wearing rings on their wedding fingers while they were out and about. According to Grint’s spokesperson, the pair is not yet married.

RUPERT GRINT AND GEORGIA GROOME HAVE A BABY TOGETHER

Due to how private Groome and Grint are about their relationship, the public discovered they were having a child just weeks before their baby was born.

In April 2020, Groome was spotted with a baby bump while she was out with Grint in London. Only after this image did the couple decide to share the news they were expecting.

The couple welcomed their baby girl just weeks after Groome and Rupert Grint confirmed they were about to become parents for the first time. The baby was born during the lockdown in 2020, and they named their daughter Wednesday G. Grint.

Unlike most parents who can’t wait to announce the arrival of their bundle of joy, the couple was private about their baby’s arrival. The “Servant” actor only introduced their newborn to the world in late 2020, months after she was born.

In the cute post, Groome cradles his little girl in his arms, and the baby’s face is turned away from the camera. He captioned the adorable image:

“Hey Instagram… only 10 years late, but here I am. Grint on the Gram! Here to introduce you all to Wednesday G. Grint. Stay safe, Rupert.”

In an interview with Glamour, the 33-year-old opened up about becoming a father during the pandemic. Grint said they had had to be isolated and do things on their own at a time when they wanted support from family and friends.

However, the actor did say that there have been some pros to it. He said:

“It’s been great to work everything out for ourselves, without so many opinions. We’ve really bonded with Wednesday. It’s been intense, but great.”

The Ron Weasley actor has previously also revealed how much he has enjoyed being a father and loves spending time with his daughter. About how fatherhood has changed him, the star said:

“[Fatherhood], it’s definitely changed my perspective,” the actor continued. “Since becoming a dad, kind of midway through, just to really have a better sense of what that can do to a family… I just find it just incredible.”

WHO IS GEORGIA GROOME?

Born February 11, 1992, in Nottingham, UK, Georgia Groome is an actress. She became famous after her role in the teen comedy “Angus, Thongs And Perfect Snogging” in 2008. The actress co-starred alongside Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Eleanor Tomlinson.

That wasn’t the first role the actress was known for, though; she first appeared in the crime drama “London To Brighton” in 2006. She also landed roles in “The Bill” and “Lewis,” a detective drama. Groome has quite a long list went it comes to her acting credits; some of her other appearances are on 2011’s “The Holding,” “Silent Things,” and “Taking Stock.”
