Over the last few years, Reynolds’ movies, such as “Red Notice” and “6 Underground,” have all ranked high among English-language movies on Netflix, earning the 45-year-old actor an impressive reputation.

Reynolds has appeared in other smash hits such as “Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard,” “The Proposal,” “Green Lantern,” and “The Avengers.” Although Reynolds has his way with the movies, it is not his first passion.

The “Deadpool” actor, a well-known family man, loves being a father more than anything else. Reynolds is married to fellow movie star and model Blake Lively, and the couple share three children, James, Inez, and Betty. For Reynolds, spending time with his girls comes first.

Reynolds and Lively adopted a unique method of parenting their children. Reynolds stated that he shares parenting duties equally with his longtime partner. According to the “The Adam Project” star, parenting with Lively is a lot easier since they are both buddies.

The father of three admitted that a huge reason for his sabbatical was to allow Lively to focus on her career and do the things she loves to do. The 34-year-old “Gossip Girl” actress has a busy schedule like her husband.

Lively once told People Magazine about how important it is for her daughters to see her as a working mom. She said, “I want them to feel my presence, but I also think the best way to be the best mother is to show them that you can have a life and have a passion and have an identity outside of just being a mother.”

Reynolds and Lively want to be a part of their daughters’ lives as much as possible, but the actor reportedly admitted that his girls might not see him as much of a big deal. To them, he will always be “dad.”

The award-winning actor also revealed that his family changed his outlook on life and career. Reynold also proves his love for his family by helping out with the “dirty work.”

During an appearance on “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” the “Red Notice” actor urged other fathers to do the dirty work and help with the diapers because nothing is too much for family.
