We were fortunate to remain together as siblings because often you’re shuffled between homes or separated.”

Biles vividly recounted their preoccupation with food, humorously mentioning a stray cat her mother fed while they went without. This experience even contributed to her lifelong aversion to cats.

Eventually, Biles and her younger sister, Adria, found stability and love when they were adopted by their maternal grandparents, Nellie and Ronald Biles, in Texas. Their older siblings, Ashley and Tevin, took a different path, being adopted by their father’s sister, leading to a divided family.

Nellie, Biles’ grandmother, candidly discussed the hurdles she faced while assuming the role of mother to her grandchildren. Admitting her initial reservations as they weren’t her biological children, she revealed a transformative moment when her love for them transcended any biological connection.

She and her husband, NFL star Jonathan Owens, are turning their dreams into reality by constructing a spectacular mega mansion in their home state of Texas. The property, nestled by a serene lake, is reminiscent of the greater Houston area where she spent her early years. With enthusiasm, Biles exclaimed, “We have stairs OMG,” as she showcased a bare-bones staircase leading to the second story. She also provided a tour of the upper floor, revealing her plans for the space, which will include a bedroom, a game room with a wet bar, a theater, and a bathroom.

The highlight, undoubtedly, is the breathtaking view of the waterfront from what will soon be a covered balcony on the second floor—a view that she believes will never grow old, especially during sunsets. Her fans expressed support and cheered her on, leaving comments that included expressions like, “This is going to be fantastic!!!” and “Love it! Enjoy all the moments. Thanks for sharing!”

But even amid the overwhelming positivity, a contrasting voice chimed in, “I hate to see houses under construction in the south. The woods look like some middle school projects with Popsicle sticks….what happened to cinderblocks and steel.”

While the precise location of their sprawling property remains undisclosed, it represents a return to the idyllic surroundings of Biles’ childhood, where she is now crafting her dream home.

On May 2023, Biles and Owens embarked on a new chapter of their lives as they exchanged vows in a picturesque ceremony in Cabo, Mexico, surrounded by 144 guests. Biles and Owen’s love story began when they crossed paths on the dating app Raya in 2020.

It was Biles who took the first step, initiating contact and sliding into Owen’s DMs. What started as a virtual connection soon grew into something much deeper. Owen’s introduction to the Biles family came when Biles’ sister invited him on a family trip to their lake house in Texas.

Over time, their love blossomed, leading to a heartfelt proposal two years later on Valentine’s Day during golden hour at Brenner’s Steakhouse on the Bayou in Houston.
