On Monday, November 7, Harvey spoke to Twitter and said that he was living in his car from the ages of 30 to 33. He emphasized the importance of never giving up on your dreams. He said he made $50 a week on comedy and had no place to call home.

Eventually, his comedy gigs led to him landing the hosting position on “Showtime at the Apollo.” From there, he got his own TV show called “The Steve Harvey Show.” Harvey was almost 40 when he landed his own TV show.

Talking about how he released the reigns on his life, he said he understood that he had to have faith that his life would turn out for the better. He mentioned that being able to see a great life possible for you is of the utmost importance.
