Although Jennifer Aniston’s Instagram handle could clearly be seen amongst those who “liked” Jamie Foxx’s post, she took to her Instagram Stories to say that she actually didn’t like the post. “This really makes me sick. I did not ‘like’ this post on purpose or by accident,” she wrote, according to Entertainment Weekly. “And more importantly, I want to be clear to my friends and anyone hurt by this showing up in their feeds — I do NOT support any form of antisemitism,” she added. Fans reacted to the whole situation in the comments section of Foxx’s apology post, the majority telling the actor that he didn’t need to apologize. A couple of people brought up Aniston’s name, with one Instagram user saying that she “owes [Foxx] an apology.”
Aniston and Foxx starred in “Horrible Bosses” together in 2011, and its sequel in 2014. The two have been friends for many years, although it’s unclear if that friendship will continue after this scandal. As of this writing, Aniston still appeared to be following Foxx and vice versa, which is a good sign, right?
