The Season 1 finale of “The Kardashians” wrapped on a somber note as the family rallied around Khloe Kardashian after it was revealed that Tristan Thompson fathered a third child after a one-night stand. ‘When you’re hurt so many times — your reactions, your responses to the same thing happening over and over again — there is a numbing sensation to it,” Khloe later confessed on camera, per the Daily Mail. Perhaps, however, Thompson’s infidelity wasn’t the only reason she felt numb. In July, it was confirmed that Khloe and Tristan are also expecting a baby. “We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November,” a spokesperson for Khloe told E! News. “Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.”
Still, it appears Khloe remains hopeful. During the Season 2 teaser, an optimistic Khloe declares in a confessional, “I do believe in love. When you love, you know you’re alive.” Here’s to hoping Khloe finds her own happy ending. Maybe even on Season 2? Fingers crossed!
