Stephen Colbert is still recovering.

The Late Show has once again been canceled as its host continues to convalesce from his ruptured appendix.

The CBS show will be in repeats this week.

The news means that guests including Sarah Paulson, Jason Isbell, Mark Ruffalo, Nicki Minaj, Sara Bareilles and Rep. Liz Cheney will no longer appear on the show.

They are the latest stars to push their appearance after his first week off saw the likes of Jennifer Garner, Baz Luhrmann, Patrick Stewart, Jon Batiste and Kelsey Grammer set to attend.

Colbert revealed on Threads that he was “listening to my doctors and continuing to rest and heal” and hope to see audiences “soon”.

The Late Show is produced by CBS Studios and Colbert’s Spartina Productions with Colbert, Tom Purcell and Jon Stewart as exec producers.
