At the time of this publication, Tone Bell did not have a wife. However, the actor has proven he might be ready to find one over the years. In 2017, his fellow comedians created a dating profile for him, and in 2021, he appeared on the dating show, “Shoot Your Shot.”

Tone Bell Chose the Winning Woman during His Appearance on ‘Shoot Your Shot’

During the pandemic, Bell found an entertaining way to pass the new-found time and appeared on the first interactive quarantine dating game show that happened live, “Shoot Your Shot.”

On the show, the actor shared a little about his dating preferences — including that his love language of choice is words of affirmation — and eliminated each competing woman until he was left with the final two. “It’s not easy,” Bell said after choosing the lucky lady who won a date with the actor.

In 2017, Bell appeared on truTV’s “Comedy Knockout,” where his fellow comedians Kyle Kinane and Arden Myrin humorously put together Bell’s dating profile during a segment that left the crowd roaring with laughter.

For his profile, Myrin stated that Bell’s biggest life goal would be to have a name that didn’t sound like an iPhone alarm option. Kinane jokingly revealed it would be Bell learning to spell “Anthony” so he could sign his driver’s license.

They also joked that he would love to be the Black Abraham Lincoln or the beard stunt double for rapper Lonnie Corant Jaman Shuka Rashid Lynn, popularly known as Common.

Tone Bell Had a Neighbour He Used to Confide in about His Dating Life

During an interview in 2019, Bell revealed that while he did not have a wife, he had a girlfriend. However, during a stand-up performance in 2022, the actor admitted to being single and ready to mingle. He added that whenever he was dating someone, he would turn to his female neighbor and vice versa. He said:

“My neighbor (is) cool. Me and her super tight. Anytime, you know, if I was dating someone, she was dating somebody, we’d talk about it.”

Nina Dobrev Plays Tone Bell’s Soon-to-Be Wife on Their Hit Show

“We… are basically married. We spend a lot of time together, we get along, and we don’t have sex,” Nina Dobrev humorously said during the co-stars’ participation in Glamour’s Friendship test.

While Bell is knocking on 40 and is yet to get married, the actor’s parents celebrated four decades of marriage in 2021 after meeting in the third grade. “That’s too long, man. You’re supposed to go away and come back […],” Bell said about their relationship.
