Trump’s recent actions aim to overturn Biden administration policies protecting transgender individuals. He issued orders directing the Pentagon to review regulations that may result in transgender individuals being barred from military service.
The directive instructs federally-operated insurance programs like TRICARE and Medicaid to deny coverage for such procedures. It also urges the Department of Justice to actively pursue legal action and legislation against these practices.
