During her interview on “Good Morning America,” Williams talked about her character, who was a fashion icon that influenced many styles today. She said:

“Being able to tell Steve Jones’ story was just such an unbelievable opportunity for us, and I think getting to sort of dive into the history of the Pistols […] was really nice.”

Although Williams is undoubtedly happy and proud of her new role, she was pretty hesitant to accept the part at first because of the many nudity scenes it required.

Bringing life to Arya Stark, her first-ever role, was the “most defining thing” Williams did. Naturally, she did not want to accept any role with a character less than Arya.
