Josh Brolin was quick to think on his feet when an actor had a last-minute no-show for an interview. Instead, he became the subject of the show and interviewed himself.

In particular, he talked about being a parent to two toddlers, ages three and one. As a 54-year-old father, dad jokes are Brolin’s forte, as seen on his Instagram page.

In 2002, Brolin started dating another actress, Diane Lane. After two years together, the couple tied the knot in 2004.

It only took a few months before the couple became subject to controversy, including the actor being arrested for domestic abuse charges. According to a local police officer, Lane accused her spouse of physical abuse.

A spokeswoman later revealed that the fight was a misunderstanding and that the actress “did not want to press charges and asked them not to arrest him.”
