Amidst the court battles, Depp’s daughter, Lily-Rose Depp, has remained quiet. Fans of the actor have reached out to Lily-rose to speak up for her father and even bombarded her with rude social media messages.

Many questioned Lily-Rose’s integrity as a daughter and called her out for posting more photos of herself than with her father on Instagram. Some also aired their sentiments on Twitter, writing:

“For Lily Rose Depp to not support Johnny during this trial is saying a whole lot. Like that’s your father and you refuse to show any support. Like what does that tell ya [sic].”

Meanwhile, some fans understood the 22-year-old’s silence and came to her defense on Twitter. “She’s guarding her peace,” one user said.

WHO IS LILY-ROSE DEPP’S MOTHER?

Lily-Rose was born to Depp and his ex-partner, Vanessa Pardis, a year after the former couple began dating. Although the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star never married Pardis, they remained together for 14 years.

The young actress knows that no one is perfect, but at the same time thinks highly of her father and has only said nice things about him.

Pardis was an actress, singer, and model who won the 1990 Cesar for Most Promising Actress for her performance in Noce Blanche.

WHO IS LILY-ROSE DEPP?

Born on May 27, 1999, Lily-Rose never graduated from high school. According to Depp’s daughter, her parents couldn’t say anything about her choice. She said:

“[My parents] both left school when they were 15, so they can’t really say anything. I’ve never thought of university as my goal. I’ve always just wanted to work and be independent.”

Lily-Rose followed in her mother’s footsteps as a model and became the youngest-ever face of Chanel at 16. She was also Karl Lagerfeld’s muse and was seen together with the designer on runways and magazine covers.

In 2014, Lily-Rose decided to pursue an acting career as well and has since worked with the likes of Natalie Portman. 

Being born to famous parents and choosing a career path in the limelight meant all eyes were on Lily-Rose growing up. As such, she dealt with body image issues and developed an eating disorder. At a young age, she suffered from anorexia. She shared:

“I have battled this eating disorder for a long time and am very proud of the results that I have achieved.”

In a since-deleted Instagram post, Lily-Rose defended her father, calling him a kind and loving person to everyone. However, she did not mention anything about the ongoing trial.

The young actress knows that no one is perfect, but at the same time thinks highly of her father and has only said nice things about him.

During the defamation trial, Heard accused Depp of physically and verbally abusing her throughout their relationship, which the actor vehemently denied.
