Who Is the Father of Kate Moss’ Daughter?

All eyes have been on Kate Moss. But, while the focus zooms in, her daughter is just behind and walking in her mother’s shoes. Of course, this young woman also has a dad, but who is he?

British model Kate and Johnny Depp had a romantic relationship in the 1990s, but an insider stated that the two are still close. 

She is expected to testify on behalf of Depp’s team in the ongoing heated battle between Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard. 

During her testimony, Heard claimed that, while she and her sister were engaged in an alleged physical altercation with Depp, she remembered rumors surrounding Kate and Depp’s past relationship. 

But, outside of the trial, Kate’s connection to Depp, and her modeling career, many are unaware that she has a grown-up daughter. Born in 2002, like her mother, Lila Grace Moss is 19 years old and is also a runway and print model.

The teenager has signed up with her mom’s agency and has modeled for Richard Quinn, Blumarine, and Versace, among many others. But, who is Lila Grace Moss’s father? 

WHO IS JEFFERSON HACK? 

Kate became romantically involved with Jefferson Hack after her relationship with the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star. Hack is an editorial and creative director, a publisher, and the head of the media company Dazed.

Recently, the 19-year-old Lila Grace moved in with her father, who lives in Islington. Speaking about their relationship, she said: 

“We’re really close. Our big thing is playing cards together – I usually win. I’m liking being at his house. And I’m excited for the change. But yeah, moving out was sad. [sic]”

While talking about the move, she thought back to her time spent in northwest London, where she lived, bashfully tearing up.

WHY DID KATE MOSS AND JOHNNY DEPP BREAK UP? 

Before Lila Grace and Hack, the stunning couple Kate and Depp officially began dating in 1994. This occurred after Depp had just split from his iconic engagement to Winona Ryder.

The pair became an instant hit with the media. A friend of the couple claimed that the two were inseparable and unable to keep their hands off each other.

They went their separate ways in 1997. Depp has claimed that his youth and age contributed to the end of their relationship. He stated in a 1998 interview: 

“I have never got that emotional over a woman before. I have been so stupid because we had so much going for our relationship. I’m the one who has to take responsibility for what happened – I was difficult to get on with, I let my work get in the way.”

Kate was also reportedly crushed from the breakup with a deeply broken heart. But, as time has moved on, Kate has spoken about how she will never regret the beautiful connection the two shared.
