Attendees at the Jonas Brothers’ Las Vegas residency concert noticed that Joe Jonas had changed the lyrics in the song “Much Better,” per Us Weekly. The track originally featured the lyrics, “I got a rep for breaking hearts / Now I’m done with superstars / And all the tears on her guitar.” In Vegas however, Jonas switched out the shady line for, “Now I’m cool with superstars,” hinting that he and Swift are on good terms.

This tracks with the fact that he and Swift have spoken out in more recent years about how they’re “friends.” “[The breakup] was something that I was probably feeling pretty bad about when I was younger, but at the end of the day, I’ve moved on,” the DNCE frontman said on ITV’s “Lorraine” in 2019. “I’m sure Taylor’s moved on, and it feels nice, and we’re all friends — it’s all good.”

Swift is also reportedly good friends with Jonas’ wife, Sophie Turner. In fact, Turner is a Swiftie herself, and she posted a hilarious response to Swift’s song, “Mr. Fearless,” which is another tune about Jonas. According to Glamour, Turner wrote “It’s not NOT a bop” on her Instagram Stories at the time, which led Swift to respond (referencing Turner’s iconic role on “Game of Thrones”), “Forever bending the knee to the queen of the north.” Is it too soon to wonder whether these exes will be going on double dates anytime soon?
