Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brownis being sued by a Florida music promoter for allegedly trying to trick him out of $500,000 — including using rapper Lil Wayne‘s name to get more money.

Ryan Kane, owner of Secure the Bag Entertainment (STB), filed the suit Wednesday in Sarasota County Circuit Court, accusing Brown of breach of contract and defamation over an “exclusive artist agreement” he signed in July with the Tampa Bay-based record label.

The suit includes accusations of Brown trying to trick STB out of $178,000 by submitting “fraudulent” expenses for reimbursement.

Brown, 34, also allegedly sold Kane a fake high-end watch for $160,000, and made racist, sexist and threatening remarks towards STB execs.

Kane considered Brown a friend and said he gave him a $150,000 advance to sign with STB, adding that it was to promote the song, “Cracked,” which features Lil Wayne.

Lil Wayne reps allegedly confirm Kane’s story

The relationship soured weeks after Brown signed with STB, and Kane now sees him as a “liar and a thief.”

Kane also claimed that Brown insisted Lil Wayne wanted to be paid “$250,000 in cash.”

Brown, however, allegedly told Kane that Lil Wayne would only accept the money if it came directly from him.

Kane reluctantly wrote Brown a $250,000 check, but stopped the payment despite the free agent receiver threatening him that “the check better be good.”

The suit states that reps for Lil Wayne — not mentioned by name in the suit — confirmed he only asked for $150,000 and that Brown wanted the other $100,000 for himself.

Antonio Brown can’t stay out of trouble

Brown has previously claimed on social media that the contract he signed with STB isn’t exclusive and says can record music outside the label.

Kane disagrees, saying Brown can’t release any music without his consent.

“Everyone is saying his rap career is blossoming, but his rap career is dead,” Kane said. “I own the rights to all his music. He can’t release any music for the rest of his life unless I approve it.”

The suit, which mentions many other instances of how Brown tried to dupe Kane out of more money, including fabricated invoices, seeks unspecified money damages.

Brown recently made headlines for exposing himself in a public pool in Dubai while manhandling a woman.
