DAZN also released that worldwide sales were 1.06 million, slightly below the first two fights.
Canelo could be out for a year
After the win against Golovkin, Canelo said he was injured in his left hand and would have to undergo surgery. The Mexican said the recovery time is a minimum of six weeks. Alvarez also commented that in addition to the recovery of the hand, he will take some time to rest, so we could see him in the ring in a year.
