Cristiano Ronaldo‘s sister, Katia Aveiro, has once again attacked Erik ten Hag for the way he treats her brother at Manchester United.
On this occasion, Katia has made an unusual comparison to demonstrate the contempt that Cristiano suffers.
The Portuguese star’s sister compared his situation to the crucifixion of Jesus, something that shocked her followers.
“No one who was born to shine by the hands of God will be undone by someone who has never worn his shoes. He is and will be history,” Katia began by saying on Instagram.
“There is a verse in the Bible that says: ‘This man was delivered to you by the deliberate plan and foreknowledge of God; and you, with the help of wicked men, put him to death by nailing him to the cross’,” she finished.
Cristiano was ‘punished’ after refusing to come off the bench and for walking off down the tunnel before the end of United’s match against Tottenham at Old Trafford on Wednesday.
For the time being, the player was sidelined against Chelsea and his time with the Red Devils appears to be over. At least, as long as Ten Hag remains as head coach of the English side.
