Former MLB outfielder Milton Bradley was denounced by her wife, Rachel, for threatening to kill her in front of her 5-year-old son.
According to the police records obtained by TMZ, Bradley’s wife requested a restraining order to keep him away from her and her child.
The reports also show that Rachel, Bradley’s wife, requested full legal and physical custody of her 5-year-old after the violent episode.
Milton Bradley and Rachel married in 2015. She assured that the former MLB player threatened to kill her on February 6 in front of her mother and her kid.
“Every day, I am living in fear,” she said in the documents. “I am Mr. Bradley’s punching bag that receives his erratic behavior and attacks. I am walking on eggshells daily.”
Milton Bradley has a long history of mistreatment and violence. In 2018 there was an incident at her home after Rachel affirmed she ran away because Bradley mistreated her.
Denounced for domestic violence, Bradley was sentenced to 36 months probation.
In 2010, Monique, Bradley’s first wife, denounced the baseball player for domestic violence.
She stated that Bradley tried to choke her. He spent 15 months in prison.
However, since 2005, Redondo Beach police attended at least three domestic violence-related calls from Bradley’s house.
After the last incident, Monique filed for divorce.
Milton Bradley played with eight different teams during his MLB career in 12 years.
From 2000 to 2011, he made one All-Star team and had a .271 batting average with 125 home runs.
