Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were spotted in New York City on Monday ahead of the release of their documentary series ‘Harry & Meghan.’
The Netflix docuseries are set to be released on Thursday, with the popular streaming platform having already dropped the trailer last week.
Harry and Meghan arrived in New York with their private jet. After greeting a few friends, they hopped in a black SUV and drove away from the airport.
Controversial docuseries
The couple reportedly had second thoughts about releasing the series after Queen Elizabeth II‘s death back in September.
A source told Page Six that Harry and Meghan “will claim they were bullied by the palace.”
“What will become clear is that they suggest their trials and tribulations tie in with the greater issues in the world, such as racism,” the source added.
Meanwhile, another insider claimed that “Harry and Meghan will discuss how they felt their best interests were not being represented by the palace, and they’ll talk about being victims of the palace media machine”.
