John Travolta took to Instagram on Monday to write a touching tribute for Olivia Newton-John, who passed away after losing her battle with breast cancer.
Travolta, 68, expressed his grief on IG after losing his friend at age 72, saying Newton-John made his life better and telling her that they’ll be together again.
“My dearest Olivia, you made all of our lives so much better,” Travolta wrote. “Your impact was incredible. I love you so much.
“We will see you down the road and we will all be together again. Yours from the first moment I saw you and forever! Your Danny, your John!”
Newton-John died Monday morning “surrounded by family and friends” at her Southern California Ranch, according to the announcement on her official IG page.

Travolta and Newton-John met when filming classic musical Grease together in 1977.
Besides plenty of rumors of the two dating, their romantic relationship was strictly on camera.
Newton-John also had a couple of hit songs throughout her life, including Physical and all the tracks from Grease.
Travolta, who also lost his wife of 28 years Kelly Preston to breast cancer in 2020, will forever be linked to Newton-John.
