Athletes from all the world’s sports are following the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, including LA Lakers star LeBron James.
He has even acknowledged that there is a Cameroon player at the tournament who could be his doppelganger, namely Bryan Mbeumo.

When Mbeumo was seen taking on Switzerland on Thursday, one fan spotted the similarities and shared a clip on Twitter.
“So this why LeBron been out the last five games,” he joked, suggesting the basketball player had gone to play at the World Cup.

The main similarity was with the beards that Mbeumo and James have, and the latter even acknowledged that they do look alike by sharing the viral tweet on his Instagram Stories.
“I mean I got work to do in other places too!” James wrote on the social media platform, ensuring that the original post went even more viral.
When Cameroon are back in action against Serbia and Brazil, even more eyes will be on Mbeumo.
