Manchester United secured three important points against Nottingham Forest as they continue their push for a top four position in the Premier League.

Their fans were able to celebrate at Old Trafford as things look to settle after the storm caused by Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portuguese left Manchester United after his explosive interview with Piers Morgan, where he didn’t hold back in criticizing the club and manager Erik ten Hag.

The fans are already starting to forget about him, but the Manchester United players aren’t able to just yet because they have to deal with questions from the press.

When asked about the matter, Christian Eriksen said that while it’s sad Ronaldo is no longer with the club, life must go on.

“We are sad that Ronaldo is not part of it,” Eriksen said.

“His legacy and his name at any club is special, for me to be fortunate to play with him in my career was very nice. The football goes on.

“You feel that the next game after, people will forget what it was like before and now our focus is really like he is not here.”

Manchester United are moving on while Cristiano Ronaldo continues to ponder his next move, with all signs pointing to a switch to Al Nassr, which is expected to be announced soon.
