Kylian Mbappe is determined to win the World Cup twice with France and he is proving it in Qatar this winter.

Mbappe is matching Pele and Messi
At 23 years old, he reached a historical record that only Pele could boast before Saturday evening. In addition, Mbappe already has the same number of World Cup goals as Lionel Messi.
With seven goals in nine World Cup games, Mbappe now has the same number as Messi in 20 games, ahead of Argentina‘s meeting with Mexico.
The Frenchman has not even played in two full tournaments and is already beginning to enter the history books of the most important tournament in the world.
That’s four in Russia 2018 and three in Qatar 2022, where he is top scorer along with Ecuador’s Enner Valencia.
At 23, Mbappe and his seven goals also equal Pele, as they are the only two players to score that many before the age of 24.
France are one of the title contenders, so Mbappe will have many more chances to surpass the Brazilian legend’s record this summer.
