Comedian Nathan Fielder represents all New York Mets fans after losing to the San Diego Padres on Friday in Game 1 of the MLB Wild Card series.

Mets lost 1-7 at Citi Field and will look to tie the best-of-three series against the Padres on Saturday night.

Fielder, 39, started trending on Twitter after he was shown on the Citi Field jumbotron.

With New York already trailing San Diego by two runs after the opening inning, Fielder was seemingly fed up with the game.

Known for his existential dread comedy in Nathan For You and The Rehearsal, Fielder was actually just having a laugh and could be seen out of frame enjoying the game with his friends.

Mets crushed by Padres as fans leave early

Fielder may have been joking when he looked upset on the jumbotron, but most Mets fans were outraged at the score, leaving early in masses.

Starting pitcher Max Scherzer allowed four home runs as the Padres got a seven-run lead by the top of the fifth inning.

Mets manager Buck Showalter will regret not playing pitcher Jacob deGrom if his team loses in the Wild Card round.

Showalter, 66, and company need Mets fans to show up for them at Citi Field these the next two games on Saturday and Sunday.
