Former NBA player Ray Allen was recorded shutting down a fan who argued that LeBron James was the “GOAT” (Greatest Of All Time) over Michael Jordan.

Allen, 46, and James, 37, were teammates on the Miami Heat and together won the 2013 NBA title against the San Antonio Spurs.

One of the series’ most-clutch shots was a 3-pointer by Allen that forced a Game 7.

Despite sharing history, Allen still won’t give James the nod of being called the greatest NBA player of all time.

Tyriek Weeks, a basketball player at Commonwealth Academy in Rhode Island, shared the moment to his TikTok account over the weekend.

Ray Allen on why LeBron James isn’t the GOAT

In the video, Weeks and Allen are having the age-old debate of James vs. Jordan.

“He [James] can score and pass it,” Weeks said.

“Is he a great free throw shooter,” Allen asks. “Is he a great 3-point shooter? Is he a great dribbler?”

After Weeks answered “no” to all three questions, Allen said, “So, you’re saying he’s the GOAT, but he ain’t even the greatest in all them categories.”

Allen then walked away claiming Jordan is the real GOAT as Weeks’ friends oohed and ahed.
