During Monday Night Football that took place last week, Taylor ran with a pink smoke bomb in his hand seeking to demonstrate and raise awareness about a lawsuit involving the alleged theft of pigs from a factory farm, but that was unknown to Wagner, who stopped his path by knocking him down.
According to a police report reported by TMZ, the spontaneous protester suffered a concussion after being tackled. According to the information, Alexander went to the Santa Clara Police Department around 1:45 p.m. on October 4, almost 24 hours after suffering the brutal impact.

It adds that Alexander said he suffered multiple injuries after the Los Angeles linebacker hit him with his helmet and shoulder to stop him. “Mr. Taylor had a headache, a concussion without loss of consciousness and a burn to the inner right biceps,” the report stated.
Taylor and a woman ran on the field during the second quarter of the game and their goal was to raise awareness, but for safety reasons, Wagner entered the scene to stop that advance.
After what happened on Oct. 3, Taylor had filed an assault complaint, the Santa Clara Police Department reported, which Lt. Coung Phan confirmed, saying “it is an active investigation.”
Despite the Direct Action Everywhere protester’s complaint, Wagner has no regrets about tackling the field invader, saying one never knows what else he might be carrying.
