Thomas Tuchel was sacked by Chelsea after the Blues’ poor start to the season and was replaced by Graham Potter.

The German coach is now looking for a new job and, according to ‘The Telegraph’, Tuchel is interested in staying in the Premier League.

However, Brexit is working against him, as he could be deported from the UK before Christmas.

The German coach could be forced to leave the UK because of his Stamford Bridge dismissal.

Reports in the English media suggest that Tuchel arrived in the country on a post-Brexit governing body endorsement visa, which would mean he can only stay in the UK for 90 days after officially becoming unemployed.

Tuchel‘s representative was asked about the situation, and whether it is impacting the German’s future job prospects.

“We will act in accordance with UK rules and adapt all future plans. The final decisions have not yet been taken,” his representative told The Telegraph.

In the meantime, Tuchel is continuing to live in the United Kingdom and waiting to see what job opportunities arise.

Despite his desire to stay in the Premier League, a return to the Bundesliga is also a possibility.
