Tom Brady spoke about a wide range of topics in the latest episode of “Armchair QB” on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers YouTube channel.

The legendary quarterback was joined by his backup, Blaine Gabbert, as they both answered questions sent by the fans during around 5 minutes.

Brady says he has too much sh*t going on in his life

One of the questions was about the health impact that using the smartphone late at night could have on people.

Tom Brady, on the slumping Bucs: “No one feels sorry for us, nor should they”AP

“Tom, what’s up? I have a bad habit of looking at my phone before I go to bed. I heard this isn’t good for your eyes and can ruin your sleep. What do you know? Is this true? Do you fall asleep right away or do you have a special routine? Any advice would be amazing”, the fan expressed.

Brady said that he simply doesn’t have an advice for him or anyone as he struggles as well with that issue, but the quarterback shared some insight to how he handles the matter with his children, while his teammate agreed.

“I’m too damn busy. I’ve got too much s-t going on. We’re trying to ya know, get everything done during the day but you don’t get it done during the day. So, you know what, we all got to learn to deal with that. I wouldn’t tell my children that. I would tell them to put the iPads away and all that. But as a parent, do as I say and not as I do.”

Tom Brady certainly has a lot to handle at the moment, with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers having a losing record and the offense looking unrecognizable, but also in his personal life as he just recently got divorced from Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen, his clothing business the “Brady Brand” has just started signing NIL deals with college athletes, with these being just some of the many other pieces in his life puzzle.

Brady will lead the Buccaneers charge as they face the Seahawks this Sunday in the first ever NFL regular season game played in Germany.
