Vinicius’ stunning season hit new heights on Thursday night as he scored a hat-trick in Real Madrid‘s 6-0 victory over Levante.

The Brazilian is only 21 years old, but he is already recording extraordinary numbers. He has now scored 21 goals and has registered 21 assists this season.

Although Real Madrid had already wrapped up the LaLiga Santander title, Vinicius will never forget the Levante game.

His first hat-trick as a Real Madrid player came the day after the fifth anniversary of his professional debut, and it was the ideal way to show how he has established himself at the top of European football.

Vinicius was fresh after being rested at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano and his start to the match showed this, with an assist for Karim Benzema after 20 minutes.

His first goal came just before half time, latching onto a wonderful pass from Ferland Mendy to slot home.

He picked up from where he left off after half time, scoring his second of the night in the 68th minute before completing his hat-trick with eight minutes of normal time remaining.

With two matches of the LaLiga Santander season remaining and the Champions League final just around the corner, his season could get even better.

The Brazilian gave an insight into his relentless drive for goals at full time.

“Everyone has helped me a lot,” he said.

“There is no better way to prepare for the final in Paris.

[Carlo] Ancelotti asked me if I wanted to stay on and I told him that I wanted to score a hat-trick.”
